A Lifestyle Choice

 

Your largest meal should be breakfast, followed by 3 – 5 additional smaller meals. These will probably the traditional lunch and dinner.   You should also have a healthy midmorning, mid-afternoon and evening meals. These meals must stay with in your calorie needs for activity and planned body weight.

It is best to practice eating 4 –6 small meals  through the day; eating a fairly large breakfast, then smaller midmorning lunch mid-afternoon, dinner, and evening meals. Eat the evening meal two hours before you go to bed.  Always, about twenty minutes before eating, precede each meal with at least 8ozs of water and then dink at least 8ozs of water or soy milk with each meal. 

By following these guidelines, you could experience increased energy and improved health.

When you consume live organic foods, not boxed, canned, wrapped with any processing, your body will return to its optimum weight.

Many people hope for a miracle when it comes to losing weight. They want the magic of a pill or supplements that will make the weight fall off in a few weeks. People want to be told that they can go on eating any way the want and still lose weight. The truth is that there is on short cuts to losing weight and then keeping it off. Plus beyond losing weight is the health factor.  What good is a skinny body that is full of disease an is going to die young.

 

A new lifestyle that includes good nutrition and exercise will fill you with health, vitality and vigor. Being at a desired weight should be the spin off a healthy life style. Do want God’s very best?  This is it, you being in control of this wonderful body that He has given you.  You decide to do what it takes to keep it health and strong.  Anything less will probably cost you more than you really want to pay.

My last 30 pounds plus weight lost happened as I changed my eating behaviors for health reasons.  I never thought for a second that what I was doing was any kind of a weight loss program. Too my very exciting surprise,   the weight started falling off.  The spin off of the weight loss became an added motivation to continue with the strict protocol of the program that I was following.  Counting calories was never even a consideration.
